Day 1

Mandalay Arrival and Sightseeing (Lunch, Dinner)

Arrival at Mandalay International Airport, welcome by our tour guide and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. And then starts sightseeing at Mandalay’s region, the first visit to Mahamuni Pagoda with its spectacular Buddha image(13 ft- tall seated Buddha) is the most revered Buddha image in Mandalay. Discover the gold leaf workshops, the place that the visitors can witness the entire process of making gold leaf and then we will stop at a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we will visit Shwe Nan Daw Monastery(Golden Palace Monastery) in teak wood standing to witness the durability of teak and the carving of the 19th century is still with its ancient mystical beauty and traditional Myanmar Style. Tour continues to Atumashi Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda, commonly known as the world’s largest book because of 729 marble slabs of Buddhist scriptures that were erected around the pagoda. Afterward, go to the top of Mandalay Hill, a vantage point for a panoramic view of the city and a spectacular sunset view. It is worthy to have a stroll up the hill enjoying panoramic views from a different location. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

 

Day 2

Mandalay-Pyin Oo Lwin Sightseeing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast at the hotel, start our trip and drive up about 2 hours to Pyin Oo Lwin; which is located on the Shan Plateau at the elevation of above 4000 feet, about 67 kilometers from east of Mandalay and it’s also the beautiful town, known as Maymyo in honor of Col.May. It has a cool and pleasant climate and was designed as a Summer Headquarters in British Colonial style, consequently, there are many buildings in British style bungalows with beautiful gardens. Visit a colorful Chinese Temple and the Peik Chin Myaung, a big cave built by Nepalese. There is a scenic waterfall at its entrance. The path leads into the cave is long about 600m and there are a lot of Buddha images and pagodas. Shortly before, enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. Then we will visit the National Botanical Kandawgyi Garden, a beautiful garden is uniquely known for its gorgeous flora. The colorful local market at the center of the town near the clock tower array of local items selling including locally produced fruits, jams and fruit wines. Dinner at Local restaurant and overnight at Hotel in Pyin Oo Lwin.

 

Day 3

Pyin Oo Lwin-Mingun Sightseeing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, early drive back to Mandalay and explore the flower local street market on the way. Arrive back Mandalay and Lunch at Local restaurant. Then proceed to Mingun by boat, It is reached by ferry boats across the river and takes 1 hour for up-river and 40 minutes for down-river. It is located across the majestic Ayeyarwaddy River approximately 12 kilometers north of Mandalay. Sightseeing to Mya Thein Dan Pagoda and Mingun today hosts the world's second-largest ringing Bell of 90 tons in weight and unfinished pagoda to go with it. Mingun pahtodawgyi was dedicated to being the world's largest monument however which today stood to be the world's largest brick pile. A boat trip to Mingun is pleasant with plenty of life on the river to see. And come back to Mandalay and dinner at Local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Mandalay.

 

Day 4

Mandalay-Heho by Flight and Pindaya Sightseeing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

In the early morning, after your breakfast, check out a hotel. Transfer to the airport to fly Inle, the second largest lake in Myanmar. When arrival at Heho airport, welcome by our station guide and transfer to the hotel. Check-in the hotel and starts the tour at Pindaya Caves (Shwe Oo Minh Pagoda ), a mild 45 minutes, walk away from the town, are the most famous attraction the town has to offer, is the limestone caves contain thousands of Buddha images in various sizes, which are made of teak, marble, bronze or plaster, are coated with gold leaves. Another lesser-known attraction is the Plan Bee Beekeeping Center. you can test and buy pure natural local made honey and other bee products and from its terrace, you can see a peaceful and gorgeous view of Pone Taloke Lake. The perfect place for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee with honey.  Then proceed to Nyaung Shwe city. Lunch, dinner at Local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe. 

 

Day 5

Inle-Indein Sightseeing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, start sightseeing to Indein which is known for its market and two groups of ancient pagodas. Lunch at Local restaurant. Then proceed to explore Nga Phae Chaung monastery - an attractive wooden monastery built on stilts over the lake at the end of the 1850s, and then floating plantation, fishing method and unique leg-rowers. Then visit silversmith, silk weaving workshop and the most famous Phaung Daw Oo pagoda – the pagoda houses five small gilded images of Buddha which have been covered in gold leaf to the point that their original forms cannot be seen. Dinner at Local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe.

 

Day 6

Inle-Mandalay by Flight and Amarapura-Sagaing Sightseeing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

After breakfast, transfer to Heho airport for flight to Mandalay. Arrive at Mandalay and start sightseeing to Amarapura, Mahagandayone-a monastery with a high reputation consists of more than a thousand of monks can be seen at the same time while they have their first meal of the day and traditional silk weaving workshop. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit Sagaing. U Min Thonze Pagoda. Soon-Oo-Pon-Nya-Shin Pagoda. Then visit Sagaing’s market where we can see the pottery, silver and other handicraft products. Continue on for seeing the sunset at U Bein which belongs to 1782 recuperated from the waste of an abandoned palace totally in teak wood accredited to the achievement of the mayor U Bein. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at Mandalay.

Day 7

Departure For Home (Breakfast)

After breakfast, leisure time to pursue individual interests until your transfer to the airport. Our guide will pick you up at the hotel and accompany you to the airport.
